One of the nation’s largest terminal services providers engaged PCI’s parent company, HGA, to support an LED lighting retrofit across multiple terminal locations in the Southeastern United States. This high-visibility program supports the client’s broader sustainability initiatives and aligns with their ESG goals. The effort represents the client’s largest LED lighting retrofit project to date.
Customer Challenge:
The client sought to significantly reduce energy consumption and carbon impact across its terminal facilities while meeting aggressive ESG targets and a demanding implementation schedule. Given the project’s prominence, the client required transparent reporting, reliable execution, and minimal disruption to ongoing terminal operations.
Our Solution:
PCI delivered a comprehensive LED lighting retrofit, replacing existing fixtures with energy-efficient LED systems across all locations. PCI partnered with its parent company, HGA, to execute the installations and leveraged VistaTRAK™ to provide real-time, transparent project reporting. Dedicated HGA construction managers were assigned to each site to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence, while expedited fixture procurement enabled completion within the required timeframe.
